If your project does need hardware beyond the standard kit, you can request additional M5Stack components.

What’s available

We work with M5Stack as our hardware supplier. Requests must be for M5Stack ecosystem components only.

No guarantees

Caution

Budget is not guaranteed. The module team decides what to approve based on the total number of requests, what teams ask for, and available budget. Not every request will be funded.

If two components do the same job, choose the cheaper one. We will prefer lower-cost requests.

Loan only

All hardware is on loan. You must return it in good condition at the end of the semester. Damaged or unreturned items are your team’s responsibility.

Submissions are closed

The deadline for hardware requests has passed. No new submissions are being accepted.

If you have an exceptional circumstance — for example, your team’s project direction changed significantly after the deadline — contact the Module Leader by email to explain your situation. Include your team name, what you need, and why it couldn’t be submitted on time. Requests submitted this way are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
